Luke McGlynn

As Chief People Officer, Luke is responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture, promoting cohesiveness and a sense of belonging for MRIGlobal employees working onsite and remotely.

Luke is responsible for ensuring that MRIGlobal’s employee experience is attractive to new and current employees. Luke and his team support recruiting, development, retention, and employee engagement through forward-looking practices connected to MRIGlobal’s strategy.

Since joining MRIGlobal, Luke has taken an active role in participating on MRIGlobal’s KC Corporate Challenge team with participation in the half-marathon, 5k, and mile events. Luke is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying long-distance running, bicycling, mountain hikes, and SCUBA. Luke also enjoys the culinary arts, ranging from baking cookies and cakes to experimenting with cuisine from Mexico and Southeast Asia. Luke has two children – an independent, young woman making her own way in the world, and a young man who is exploring what is next for himself. Luke is a board member of Jackson County CASA and has served on their human resources and real estate development committees in his six-year tenure with the organization.

Luke joined MRIGlobal in 2022 after 25 years working at Hallmark Cards, Inc., with his most recent position as VP-Hallmark Global HR, supporting more than 25,000 employees worldwide.
