Chemical Library Development
MRIGlobal creates chemical libraries to identify materials that are not found in commercial libraries.
We have the ability to characterize complex chemicals using spectroscopy (e.g., Raman, FTIR, XRD) and mass spectrometry (e.g., GC/MS, LC/MS, LC-MS/MS). Unique library products can be developed under a variety of conditions for commercial off-the-shelf and custom-developed instrumentation.
WHAT WE TEST
MRIGlobal’s system assessment and test and evaluation experience for chemical agent detection technologies dates back to the 1960s. These evaluations and demonstrations have included the areas of sampling, real-time detection, decontamination and bench-top analytical method development.
Detection of biological agents in diverse sample types has been amongst MRIGlobal’s core competencies for decades. We are nationally recognized within the bio-detection community for our complete understanding of the inherent challenges, existing capabilities, emerging technologies, and approaches needed to meet complex bio-detection requirements.
MRIGlobal procures and maintains an extensive chemical library of over 5,000 compounds. Synthesis of large-scale or emerging pharmaceutical-based agent threats is also routinely accomplished.
Our Staff
MRIGlobal’s team is a trusted source for independent, unbiased, and reliable information on detection and analysis equipment.
Analysis is designed and implemented by laboratory and field scientists with hands-on experience. Additionally, MRIGlobal staff founded the CBRNE Tech Index (www.cbrnetechindex.com), a venture of MRIGlobal that provides detailed and independent information on CBRNE detection products.
