Jessica Zolynas

As Vice President and General Counsel, Jessica is responsible for leading the legal and contracts team and providing strategic and legal guidance as we work to grow the mission and impact of MRIGlobal through government, commercial, industry, and academic partnerships. She is also a corporate officer and member of the institute’s Executive Leadership Team. 

Jessica joined MRIGlobal in 2023, with more than 18 years of global corporate and private practice experience complemented by an additional five years of engineering, consulting, and sales roles within diverse industries. In addition to English, Jessica is a native speaker of Spanish and Portuguese. Jessica started her career as a chemical engineer at Black & Veatch. She was with Bayer Healthcare LLC’s Animal Health Division for more than 13 years and most recently was General Counsel to Smart Warehousing LLC.  

Jessica and her husband have six kids, four of whom are still home and keep the entire family busy with their extracurricular activities. She enjoys snorkeling, scuba diving, and traveling with her family. Jessica is passionate about the professional development and mentoring of those who work with her.
