Kristine Werking

As Director at MRIGlobal, Kristine Werking manages programs and oversees the diagnostic business unit for the Integrated Health Surveillance and Diagnostics (IHSD) Division.

She is responsible for large government contracts and commercial contracts focusing on IVD Product Development, molecular assay development and next generation sequencing method development, helping customers develop unique solutions and gain FDA clearance for new diagnostic products.

In more than 27 years with MRIGlobal, her project management experience spans multiple government and industrial clients in the areas of public health and warfighter protection including: Department of Defense (DoD), Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
