Bio

As Vice President of Operations, Scott oversees and directs the infrastructure powering MRIGlobal’s scientific research. Scott is responsible for all facility management, information technology, cybersecurity, safety, physical security, and quality assurance functions at MRIGlobal’s five laboratories. In this role, Scott ensures the core infrastructure operations efficiently support MRIGlobal’s research mission.

Scott is also active in MRIGlobal’s vibrant staff culture by leading MRIGlobal’s KC Corporate Challenge team to numerous division championships and serving as the Staff Activities Committee president for several years.

Scott is an avid cyclist, runner, and triathlete. He enjoys serving as a pacer at races around the Midwest as a member of the Smart Pacing team. Scott has two active teenage boys and donates his time to Scouts BSA, serving as Treasurer of a BSA Troop, and as a Board Member and Treasurer of Donderdag! Youth Cycling, which provides free cycling clinics to Kansas City youth. Scott graduated from the Kansas City Tomorrow program as a member of Class 42 and is also a regular volunteer at Union Station.

Scott joined MRIGlobal in 2005 after working at the Sprint Corporation in various finance and information technology roles.
