Michelle Rodrigues

As VP of Government Business Development, Michelle leads business development in the government sector for a range of defense, intel, and civilian clients.

As a member of MRIGlobal’s Executive Leadership Team, Rodrigues provides an executive presence in the national capital region for federal government customer and industry partner relationships, including the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Agriculture, NASA, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense.  

Michelle joined MRIGlobal in the summer of 2023 after spending more than two decades at SRI International where she executed business development in the federal government research and development sector. She served the past four years as Vice President, Federal Business Development, where she built a results-oriented and customer-focused business development practice, managed an expert team of business development professionals, and delivered a growing pipeline of government business in support of multi-disciplinary research programs. In that time, she was also the Senior Executive for SRI’s Arlington office operations, overseeing all aspects of the facility.  

Michelle is an avid animal lover and spends time volunteering for a variety of organizations including fostering for animal rescue groups and training service dogs. When not volunteering, she can often be found enjoying time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
