As Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Michelle Rodrigues leads MRIGlobal’s growth strategy across government and commercial markets. She oversees an integrated business development and marketing organization focused on advancing MRIGlobal’s mission, strengthening brand presence, and driving long-term revenue growth.

As a member of MRIGlobal’s Executive Leadership Team, Michelle provides executive representation in the national capital region, serving as a senior interface for federal customers, industry partners, and strategic collaborators. Her expertise spans the defense, intelligence, and civilian agency communities, as well as commercial diagnostic, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical markets. She is recognized for building trusted partnerships, shaping go-to-market strategies, and aligning organizational capabilities with emerging national and global needs.

Michelle joined MRIGlobal in 2023 after more than 20 years at SRI International, where she built and led a highly effective, customer-centric business development organization. As Vice President of Federal Business Development, she led a team of seasoned professionals, developed a robust and diversified opportunity pipeline, and consistently delivered growth across multidisciplinary science and technology programs. She also served as the Senior Executive for SRI’s Arlington, VA operations, where she oversaw facility leadership and strengthened the organization’s footprint within the federal market.
