MRIGlobal’s BSL-3 laboratories in Kansas City and Gaithersburg enable high-containment research and testing of infectious agents, supporting advanced studies in biodefense and infectious disease countermeasures that can be performed in parallel.

MRIGlobal’s chemical agent facility supports work with neat chemical agents, NTAs, and dilute RDTE. Services include sample and degradation product analysis, toxicology, protective equipment testing and evaluation, fate and transport research, and other threat agent research.

MRIGlobal’s CAP/CLIA-certified laboratories were designed specifically for use in all phases of in vitro diagnostic product development. Our facilities support high-quality clinical testing and analytical services under rigorous quality and regulatory standards.

MRIGlobal’s pharmaceutical warehouse facility provides cGMP drug product manufacturing, packaging, and labeling. We also offer secure warehouse capabilities for the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical materials.

MRIGlobal operates a Foreign-Trade Zone within its pharmaceutical warehouse that enables companies to store, test, and process goods without importation. Our customers may leverage the FTZ to help manage the timing and impact of customs duties, including potential duty deferral and other customs-related benefits.

MRIGlobal’s biorepository securely stores a wide range of clinical and research biospecimens, providing well-characterized, properly managed materials to support pharmaceutical development and scientific research.

MRIGlobal’s electrical engineering laboratory supports device development through electronic and electrical design, sensor and aerosol engineering, mechanical prototyping, and in-house circuit board design, testing, and rework for both benchtop and portable systems.

MRIGlobal’s engineering laboratories support the RDT&E, integration, prototyping, and fabrication of advanced technologies and custom systems through applied engineering, machining, and assembly to advance mission-critical solutions.

MRIGlobal’s facility supports secure storage, staging, and logistics for equipment and materials, enabling efficient fabrication, equipping, and deployment of mission-critical projects.

MRIGlobal operates a 2,400 ft² physically isolated high-hazard facility where toxic materials are handled. The high-containment laboratory supports work with TICs, TIMs, and bulk liquid, solid, or mixed-phase chemicals in quantities up to 55-gallon drums, along with toxicology services and microencapsulation operations.

MRIGlobal’s Deramus Field Station is a specialized outdoor testing site used to evaluate technologies, conduct field trials, and perform applied research under realistic environmental conditions.
