 Clients and Partners

MRIGlobal’s largest client is the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). MRIGlobal has managed and operated the DOE’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) since its inception in 1977.

MRIGlobal works closely with industry in alternative and renewable energy production, as well as traditional power plants and energy production. MRIGlobal operates the Solar Technology Acceleration Center (SolarTAC), one of the world’s largest solar test and evaluation centers.

MRIGlobal also supports the DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), the laboratory for the department’s Office of Fossil Energy.

MRIGlobal manages DOE facilities and operates from corporate laboratories in Missouri, Maryland, Colorado, and Florida. MRIGlobal also works at two major DOE labs, NREL and NETL; at demonstration sites, SolarTAC and the Center for Algal Research; as well as client facilities throughout the world.
