MRIGlobal is more than just a workplace, thanks in large part to our Staff Activities Committee (SAC), which hosts many events year-round for staff members and their families.

 Social Activities
Favorite social activities include the Halloweenie Roast, golf tournaments, the Chili Cook-Off, picnics on the beach, holiday parties complete with a visit from Santa for your children, and opening day barbecues.

 Charitable Causes
SAC leads the charge in support of charitable causes at MRIGlobal. Each year, it lends a hand to MRIGlobal’s flagship charity – United Way. In addition, the committee also supports the American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days, as well as participation in charity walks, runs, and bike rides of your choice. 

 Sustainability
Nearly four years ago, MRIGlobal established the Sustainability Committee to lead our “green” activities. Committee members are proud to implement energy and environmentally conscious measures throughout the company. Some of their more popular projects have included recycling drives, bike/walk to work initiatives, and ongoing educational programs.

 Volunteer Group
The Volunteer Group is a recent addition to the SAC lineup, and has a goal of educating staff members on service opportunities available within our communities and increasing MRIGlobal’s involvement in the community. The group recently kicked off 2012 projects by assembling care packages for MRIGlobal staff working overseas. 

 Kansas City Corporate Challenge
SAC is also proud to sponsor MRIGlobal’s team in the Kansas City Corporate Challenge, a month-long, city-wide corporate Olympics event. For the second year in a row, MRIGlobal brought home the gold in Division D, and is looking forward to continuing the tradition in 2013.
