MRIGlobal offers health and dental insurance programs that provide comprehensive, nationwide coverage with free preventive care. Our copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are very competitive, and we pay approximately 80 percent of the premium. 

MRIGlobal provides life, accidental death & dismemberment, travel accident, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage at no cost to you. 

Our voluntary benefits not only include vision insurance and supplemental life and disability insurance, but we also offer long-term care insurance and pet insurance.

At MRIGlobal, we are proud to sponsor a wellness program called Wellness Works. Recently, we were honored as one of the Healthiest Employers in Kansas City. Wellness Works includes wellness seminars, healthy living programs, group exercise classes at no cost to staff, an employee assistance program and insurance discounts for completing a health risk assessment and health screening.

Our retirement plan is designed to reward you for saving for your retirement and recognize your service to the Institute. We offer a match on your contributions plus an additional employer contribution based on your age and service.  In total, you could receive up to a 9 percent contribution from MRIGlobal into your retirement account.

MRIGlobal recognizes that time away from work is important to achieving work-life balance. We offer paid time off for personal and minor illnesses plus 10 holidays each year.
